Managing Admin Permissions To maintain the integrity of your financial operations, Onyx utilizes strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Never share login credentials; instead, provision specific roles to your team members.

Available System Roles:

• Super Admin: Full platform control, including API access, billing, and ultimate approval routing.

• Finance Controller: Can approve expenses, adjust card limits, and run general ledger syncs, but cannot alter system security settings.

• Manager: Can view and approve expenses only for their direct reports.

• Standard Employee: Can only view their personal card details and upload their own receipts.
